I was shocked to read how many terrible reviews these people have. Wish I’d looked them up first. We got snowed it seems. One battery shipped dead on arrival. The other fully charged lasted about 10-15 minutes. When I called, they were incredibly rude & dismissive & told me they didn’t have me in their system to replace the defective product. Their office is near my home, so I decided to drive by. It’s a live/work loft type setup. In the garage is a brand new Range Rover and a new high end Mercedes Benz. I told the guy my issue and he said the boss wasn’t in. I asked for his card & he said he didn’t have any on him. Checking further, they’re being sued for 1 million dollars for their over the counter stimulant/Viagra substitutes.
